Miso Grilled Cheese

Butter some Dave's Killer bread.
Spread the other side with a fine but even layer of miso.
Top with sharp cheddar.
Add tomatoes, sauteed spinach, a fried egg or caramelized onions, or any combination of those.
Grill as you would a normal grilled cheese.
