Best Breakfast "Shake"

1 ripe banana
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder (or even 3, if you want a super dark chocolaty shake)
1 tsp honey
1/8 tsp vanilla
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup milk (or milk substitute)
optional: 1 tbsp peanut butter, coconut butter, or other nut butter

Toss all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth. Serves one.
